These cancellation terms apply to cancellations of the Cuba holiday and are binding for all participants. Please read the following rules carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation by the Client

If a client cancels their Cuba holiday, the following cancellation fees apply:

• 59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total price
• 59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total price
• 29 to 15 days before departure: 75% of the total price
• 14 days or less before departure, or no-show without notice: 100% of the total price

2. Cancellation by the Organizer

If the holiday is canceled by the organizer (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, safety concerns, or pandemic-related restrictions), the client will be offered:

• A rescheduled travel date, or

3. Mandatory Travel Insurance

Each participant is required to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage, including for medical reasons. In the event of cancellation, the client must first contact their insurance provider. If the claim is denied, the client may then submit a refund request to us.

4. Reservation Change Policy

If a client requests a name change, a fee of 5% of the total price will be charged, provided the change is possible. The request must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled departure.

5. Refund Process

If cancellation is accepted under the conditions above, the refundable amount (after deducting the applicable fees) will be transferred to the client’s account within 45 days of the cancellation request being received.

These conditions are strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made.
